We have a new mouser that showed up on our front porch this morning. He’s very friendly and seems quite content to lie on the front porch and sleep. He’s been fed (Scout’s food) and given water so he might be here to stay. At least he isn’t a girl cat! Pawpaw did that and now has 11 cats at his barn. I won’t laugh because…..I know that what comes-around, goes-around.
Anyway, this sweet kitty is pretty young. He’s fairly small and is a cream color. Green eyes and for the most part, healthy looking. He just might be someone else’s barn cat but he’s in no hurry to move on. So, just for the fun of it…we’re naming him. My vote is “Scratches” just because Lacie’s friend has a cat named that and I thought it was cute. Other than that, we’ve got nothing! Anyone want to help name our new mouser? We’re taking suggestions.
